Great Charger : Canon CB-5L Battery Charger for BP511-BP535 Series Batteries
I bought the Canon Cb-5L after the cheap knockoff I got on ebay died a week after I got it. There's not much to say about the Cb-5L. I started by putting a totally discharged Canon Bp511 battery (with no so-called "memory" build-up) in it. A "red" indicator light came on which immediately turned steadily green. I removed and reseated the battery any times. Was the battery fully charged? Who knows! I left the battery to charge any hours just in case. Does the charger do its job? Well, yes. My problem is with the charge level indicator. There are three valued printed on the charger housing: 0, 50, 100. The indicator is supposed to be a nlinking light indicator that functions as time indicator of how much charging time is left. Doesn't work for me. Maybe my charger is defective.

The charging unit feels light and flimsy. Not comfortable calling it "high quality". That's my 2 cents on it.

    The visual x6 zoom on the Canon A710 Is is already great than cameras in it s range (i.e. Non Slr). However, the zoom takes the photo up to the natural size; the tele converter lens really does make a difference.

    Firstly, if there are any negatives, they are very minor; the lens and adapter are black - would have been nice to have been silver to match with the camera. Erm, that's it!

    The main quality of Canon is the lens, which they all the time do well. The clarity of this lens is very good, with very slight fuzziness at the edge. It also connects plainly the adapter and seems fairly solid when connected. The electronics features help in the allinclusive control of adding the attachment. The tele lens does make a disagreement for just getting that bit closer to get what you want.

    Thank you Hp for all the great years, but you've been outdone in All-In-One printers. The Kodak Esp Office 6150 was easy to set up. Took under 15 minutes and I was printing! Wow! Ink is a lot economy too. It is well built, unlike all the printers made today. I had not have had to buy a printer in 7 yrs and was amazed how cheaply made they all were. This engine stands out as a solidly bult machine. It is fast and sleek looking. It is priced right too. You will not be disappointed. Read it's capabilities.     First off while the name given by Amazon only lists the 580Ex, 550Ex and 420Ex speedlites, the Ste2 transmitter will also work with the 430Ex.

    I got this transmitter after being inspired by the inherent an off camera flash can have after reading Strobist. I got two 430Ex flashes to get a very conveyable and easy to set up lighting system.

    The Ste2 Transmitter allows you to control an unlimited amount of flashes in a few different ways. As long as the optic signal can reach the flashes, they will fire (indoors this is easy because the signal bounces off walls).
    The Ste2 lets you control the relative flash yield between two flashes (or groups of flashes) through a straightforward control on the back. For example you if you set it to 1:8 between A and B, B will get 8 times the 'power' as A.

    Even without two flashes, the Ste2 lets you move the flash away from where the lens is and creates more pleasant lighting. Additionally, if you take photos of people with glasses or of objects within glass, you can angle the flash so that glare is eliminated.

    All in all a great investment, I doubt I will mount a flash directly to the camera ever again.
